The Front Yard
The front yard of the house we live in is south-facing I have three wine barrels, two strawberry pots, two cherry trees, and various small containers with bulbs and annuals.
The Back Yard
Faces the North and is shaded by a large oak and an Elm, One wine barrel with water plants, apricot trees, a raised veggie bed (in the one sunny spot), Tropicals, blueberries in containers, a tangerine in a pot, and a variety of perennials in containers, a lemon in the ground that came with the house.
The Plant Hospital
on the side of the house next to the garage is the area where plants go when they may be dead, or need recovery time. we call this the plant hospital, it only gets and hour or two of direct sun during the day.
